Food & Beverage Manager
Responsible for assisting in preparing and cooking all types of food on assigned shifts and any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).
High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience/training in restaurant cooking desirable. Must be at least 16 years of age.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
