Description: | Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Some duties included but not limited to, are enrolling and servicing club member’s records, informing guests of promotions and events, making announcements using the intercom system and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s). |
| Education: | High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Qualifications: | Must have customer service skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Computer, organizational and communication skills and knowledge of office machinery, is an asset. Must pass a background investigation to obtain gaming license. |
