Description: | Develops programs such as employee intake, orientation, training, and employee relations, to ensure that the enterprises are continuously improving employee development and retention. |
| Education: |
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university preferred or Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Qualifications: |
Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 2003 and newer, including but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. Strong oral and written communication skills are an asset. Must pass a background investigation to obtain gaming license. |
