Supervisor: | Slot Manager |
Description: | Manages, directs and supervises subordinate personnel in the casino floor operations during their shift. The Supervisor is responsible for the appearance, activities and behavior of the employees assigned to their shift. They will have primary supervisory responsibility over all areas of the casino slot floor. It will be the responsibility of the Shift Supervisor to ensure proper discipline and training of all employees assigned to their shift. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the highest possible customer service is presented. They will supervise subordinate personnel in hand pay out, operating games, printer fills and cleaning in accordance with company policies and gaming regulations. |
| Education: | High school diploma or general education degree; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Qualifications: |
Must be able to walk and stand for a full eight hour shift. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Must have customer service skills. Must pass a background investigation to obtain gaming license. |
