$10.50 – 14.27 per hour

Food & Beverage Manager

Description: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in serving food from restaurant in absence of Restaurant Manager/Food & Beverage Manager. Works at all times with management in effort to meet and/or exceed customer’s expectations and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).

Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in all the different positions in the Dining Room and Kitchen is an asset. Customer service skills, ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and all major events are a must. Must have ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to handle multiple priorities is desired. Must have organization skills, and communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
