||Food & Beverage Manager
||Description:||Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in serving food from restaurant in absence of Restaurant Manager/Food & Beverage Manager. Works at all times with management in effort to meet and/or exceed customer’s expectations and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).
||Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
||Experience in all the different positions in the Dining Room and Kitchen is an asset. Customer service skills, ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and all major events are a must. Must have ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to handle multiple priorities is desired. Must have organization skills, and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
||Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
