Enterprise Administrator

Description: Manages and coordinates activities of employees at the Trading Post and supervises the Rendezvous Grill Manager. Trains clerks in store policies and job duties. Orders merchandise supplies and equipment, prepares reports, sells merchandise, approves invoices for payment of merchandise purchased for the Trading Post and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).

Education:
High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications:
Customer service skills, ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are a must. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Ability to handle multiple priorities is desired. Must have Supervisory experience or skills, organization skills, and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Prior retail experience desired. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office 2003 and newer, including but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, is an asset.

 
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
