Supervisor:
Casino Manager

Description: Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel involved in performing internal operations in department of the casino, personally or through subordinate supervisors; as well as managing the Casino’s adherence to the BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and it implementing regulations and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).

Education:
Associates’ degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications:
Customer service skills, ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are a must. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Ability to handle multiple priorities is desired. Must have supervisory experience or skills; organization skills, and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Proficiency in the use of word processing, database and spreadsheet software applications. Must pass a background investigation to obtain gaming license.

 
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
