Description:
Primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of the physical building including, but not limited to boilers, air handling, equipment, all other mechanical equipment, electronic monitoring systems, minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance and groundskeeping activities
Education:
Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications:
Must have a Boiler License. Must have supervisory experience. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable with Grand Portage Reservation auto insurance. Must be able to life and/or move up to 50 pounds. Experience in MS Office; including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel is an asset.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
