Lodge Manager

Supervises and coordinates the activities of the wait staff, cashiers, hosting and bussing and other front of the house employees. Responsible for training all wait staff, cashiers, bussers and hostesses. Ensures all staff is trained and executes excellent customer service to all patrons. Responsible for the overall cleanliness and customer service within the dining room.

High school diploma or general education degree.

Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service skills. Experience in all the different positions of the Dining Room and Kitchen an asset.


Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
