Description:
Responsible for assisting in the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and snacks for both the Early Head Start and Pre-K programs. Helps maintain kitchen and storage areas. Aids in the inventory and purchase of food and other kitchen related items. Conducts general cleaning in the kitchen and storage areas.
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree. Cooking experience and/or training. Light computer skills beneficial. Administrative skill helpful.
Qualifications:
Must have bi-annual physical exam; including an annual TB test.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
