Responsible for assisting with payroll and other accounting duties. Compiles and sorts documents substantiating business transactions. Verifies and posts details of business transactions and totals accounts. Types vouchers, invoices, checks, account statement reports, and other records.
High school diploma or general education degree.
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with computer software used in accounting.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
