Program Administrator

Responsible for planning, administration, fiscal management and evaluation of the program, including supervision of all employees. Must organize and monitor program operations, function activities, services and staff. Conduct self-evaluation and ongoing community relations, activities, policies and enrollment procedures, and any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).

At a minimum, a baccalaureate degree and experience in supervision of staff, fiscal management and administration. Experience with grant writing.

Experience with securing and individualizing needed services for children with disabilities. Written and oral communication skills are essential. Supervisor experience and interpersonal skills is an asset. Ability to manage budgets and draft grant proposals are desired. Knowledge of the principles, practices and objectives of preschool child development programs preferred. Must be able to keep all information strictly confidential. Must obtain physical exam and TB test within 30 days of hire. Must have current Red Cross First Aid and CPR training or complete training within 90 days of hire and keep training current thereafter.
