Description:
Open to tribal band members and First Nations. The position will provide regional tribal youth the opportunity to develop hands-on cultural resource management and research skills, provide an intimate place-based connection to Minong by creating an opportunity for tribal youth to acquire cultural resource research and management skills while at the same time connecting to Minong.
Education:
High school diploma required
Qualifications:
Able to perform moderately heavy laboring work, lift up to 50 pounds and carry on a routine basis, camping experience an asset, but not required.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
