Description:
Coordinates activities of workers engaged in selling alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises. Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons in the bar and prepares drinks to be served by wait staff in the dining room. Coordinates inventory and ordering for the Lounge.
Education:
One to two-years related experience and/or training; or one-year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications:
Management experience required. Inventory and ordering experience an asset.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
