Kitchen Supervisor(s) / Kitchen Manager
Prepares, seasons and cooks soups, meats, vegetables and desserts and other food for consumption in the Grand Portage Lodge eating establishments.
High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience/training in restaurant cooking desirable. Must be at least 16 years of age.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
