Description:
Supervises and coordinates activities of Trading Post personnel, on an assigned shift, promoting high quality customer service; assesses the needs of customers and staff to ensure personnel services is consistent with customer needs. The Shift Supervisor will either work in the absence of or in coordination with the Trading Post Manager to resolve problems and emergencies as they pertain to personnel performance, employee scheduling, customer service, supervision, training and discipline.
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
