Grand Portage RTC Properties
Supervises and directs activities of workers concerned with construction of buildings, roads, water and sewer lines, or other construction projects. Must be able to process the monthly invoices, estimate different projects that are encountered; including planning and implement capital budgeting. Work with Safety Officer for all safety concerns that occur during construction, and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings. Must have basic computer skills. Must be able to operate and have knowledge about heavy equipment, maintain a valid CDL license and be insurable with RTC auto insurance. Supervisory skills and experience are an asset.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
