Casino Manager

Supervises and coordinates activities and personnel of guest Services. Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Directly responsible to execute all policies and orders issued by management and any other job-related duties as assigned by the Casino Manager.

High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have customer service skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Computer, organizational and communication skills and knowledge of office machinery is an asset. Must pass a background investigation to obtain gaming license. Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.


Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
