Description:
Responsible for providing services to Head Start families and carrying out the program's Family Partnership Agreements and ERSEA requirements. Responsible for providing current up to date information to Head Start families connecting them to other helping agencies and resources. Responsible for providing on-going support and monitoring.
Education:
Preferred: Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Services and/or Human Services preferred. Required: Two year Associate of Arts Degree and enrolled in college courses to complete licensure. Ability to effectively work with families, promoting healthy living skills, promoting opportunities and referrals that promote growth and support. Willing and able to participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance job related skills.

Must be able to keep all information strictly confidential. Must have a bi-annual physical exam including an initial TB Test. Must clear background investigation for minimum standards of Character & Suitability for employment under the Indian Child Protection & Family Violence Prevention Act of 1990, Pub 100-630.
