Assistant Finance Administrator
Assists in filing, typing, copying, shredding documents and other job related duties; while maintaining confidentiality.
Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to use all office equipment such as copiers, faxes, phones, typewriters, etc.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
